Baird Optometrists

As a family, we have been going to Andrew for eye tests, glasses and contact lenses since he opened in Callander. Just recently, my Mum who is in her 90s, went to see Andrew, because she has been struggling with her eyesight. Her new glasses have changed her life and it's great to see her confidence out and about returning. And her new glasses are super-trendy too! Thank you, Andrew.

Had my regular eye test a couple of weeks back, which went well, professional as always. Had my prescription changed/updated, so had to get new lenses. I chose to get some new frames as well, Oakley’s. The frames and lenses came back within a week, which was fantastic. A quick check on the fitting which was really good, and I was done and sporting a new pair of glasses. All the people in the optometrist’s are super helpful and the quality of my frames and lenses are great!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Baird. Sadly I currently have to be a bit more careful regarding COVID and other bugs and all the staff at Baird couldn't have been more helpful/non-judgemental and understanding. Really appreciate the kindness and consideration of the team who went the extra mile. The new prescription was spot on too! Faultless customer service - would highly recommend this wonderful local business to anyone.
